Yes I ordered the ebook on Tuesday august 2, 2011. I did not get anything prompting me to download the e book. I emailed support and they told me I needed my receipt no from clickbank and they would help me. I contacted clickbank and they emailed me my confirmation on my purchase. I forwarded this to support and have not heard back from them. Thanks. Looking forward to using the program
