Hello,
My name is Adine Bond, and I’ve been actively researching products in the weight loss marketplace for some time now.
I’ve purchased my fair share of machines, powders, pills, bars, mats, books, DVDs, tapes, systems, and courses…
…And even though nearly all of them are crap, there are a few hidden gems that really work as advertised, and help you lose weight, build muscle, and lead an overall healthier lifestyle.
Can you relate?
More than likely you’re just like me. I know you’ve searched high and low for something simple, that you can use to lose weight.
I know that you’ve spent your money on the same stuff that I have.
And I think you’ve been disappointed with the results you’ve been getting too.
Let’s face it, I think both y and I know that you’ve got some type of issue with your weight and you’ve been desperately seeking a solution.
Look, millions of other people across the world are going through the same thing, me included, so I’m not here to judge you or anything like that.
After searching the internet for help, more than likely you’ve come across Tom Venuto’s program called “Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.”
To be honest his website is great and he really makes his eBook sound awesome, but I know you’ve got some burning questions like:
- Does it really work?
- What’s in it?
- Is it really worth the $39.95 he’s asking for?
Well keep reading, and I’ll do my best to give you more than enough information to help you make an informed buying decision.
So let’s get started…
Just Who Is
Tom Venuto
Anyway?
Tom Venuto is a fitness instructor, author, and businessman all wrapped up into one guy.
He stays quite busy and has many different irons in the fire. After doing some research on the guy, I could tell he’s a real overachiever who’s accomplished more in one lifetime than two or three normal people put together.
He’s a best selling author , and his fitness books have been#1 on the best sellers chart at Amazon.com & the New York Times on not one, but two different occasions.
After I heard about that I knew his stuff must be good, because its extremely hard to get a single bestseller, let alone two of them.
He gets around a lot in the media too.
He has been featured in the Oprah magazine, and he’s been a guest on the radio, and on popular TV shows like Martha Stewart and ESPN
He’s also a businessman that owns several popular and prosperous fitness centers around the United States.
Now, if you’re not as impressed with this man as I am, I want to let you know that he’s also well educated too. Venuto holds a bachelor of science degree in Adult Health/Fitness (Exercise Science) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania .
Finally he’s deeply involved in the exercise, health, and fitness fields as well.
He is a member of the International Society for Sports Nutrition (ISSN), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Strength And Conditioning Association (NSCA.
So if anyone is qualified to be out here selling an internet program on losing weight its this guy.
But is the product itself any good, or is it just a way for Mr. Venuto to make money? Does it actually help people?

Let’s have…
An In-Depth Look At The
“Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle” Program
After reading through his website, I went ahead and purchased his product. The main product is made up of two distinct components.
First you’ll get the core ebook product and then you’ll get several bonus reports. I’m going to cover each of them in detail.
The Burn The Fat-Feed The Muscle
Main eBook Reviewed:
You definitely won’t be lacking for information with this eBook. Tom has created one of the most impressive eBooks I’ve ever seen in the weight loss market place.

Let’s go into some of the specifics:
- Page Count: This ebook is a lot of things, but its definitely not light on material. You can tell that Venuto really poured all of the information he knows about burning fat into this ebook. Weighing in at a hefty 340 pages, there is no question that there is a lot of information here.
- Format: I can also notice that he spent a lot of money on getting the book formatted to. There are some good graphics inside of it, and its layout is good, making it easy to read.
- Diet Content: Venuto is a very experienced body builder and there are a lot of references to what body builders do and don’t do through out the whole package. When it comes to the diet section he doesn’t really recommend a specific type of “one size fits all” diet. Instead he helps you determine what is going to be the best diet for you, individually. I really liked this approach, because I’ve tried a lot of things in the past that just didn’t work for me. Every responds to dieting different, and it was refreshing to see a weight loss author take this approach.
- Exercise Content: This isn’t a magic bullet type of exercise program. Venuto’s exercise recommendations focus on building lean muscle and doing cardio to help your body burn fat even while you’re not exercising. He really focuses on supercharging your natural metabolism. The exercise is an integral part of his program, and he really stresses how important it is, but he helps you get the most bang for your buck, so you don’t have to become some type of gym rat to start losing weight. All in all, I felt that this was a solid section of the book.
- Mental & Mindset Content: He devotes several pages to helping you get in the right mind state to lose weight. He insists that you need to keep a positive mental outlook when entering the Burn The Fat program. He also gives you some good mental conditioning routines and techniques to help you stay on track. A lot of his techniques are used by body builders, and you can tell he feels really strongly about things like positive thinking and goal setting. Now I usually don’t care to much for this kind of “motivational speaker” type of approach to weight loss, but I found several of his insights helpful to me. So this was a good section of the book too.
- Supplements Content: After reading the book you can tell that he’s just not that into supplements. I found this pretty surprising because most of the authors I know and read always talk so highly of them. He keeps it really simple and covers basic supplements like multivitamins, fish oils, and other basics, but if you’re looking for some magical formula you won’t find that here. I really liked this, because most programs try to get you to buy a lot of supplements to go along with their books.
- Bonus Reports: You also get 4 different bonus reports with your purchase of the main program. They are really short and to the point, and I found them good additions to the product itself. In a lot of programs, I feel like the bonus content was tacked on at the end to make the package seem bigger, but this is not the case here. They offer good information and really make sense as additions to the main ebook. I think you’ll really use these reports as I have.
- The “Deluxe” Level: After you purchase Venuto does the internet equivalent of asking you if “want fries with that?” He’ll offer you a chance to upgrade to the “Deluxe” level. Here you’ll get 10 interviews that he’s done, and you’ll also get PDF transcriptions of these interviews ( totaling another 265 pages). I only listened to 4 of them, but they were all decent.
- The Membership Website: After that he’ll tell you about his membership website that you can join. I went ahead and paid for the $1 trial. I wasn’t expecting that much, but I immediately got the filling that a lot of work went into the membership area. It’s not some thin add-on that doesn’t offer anything of value. There are lots and lots of audio files to go through, mainly Q&A format where people ask Tom questions and he answers them. He also has recipes available, good food lists, and a nutrient database. On top of all of that there a lot of articles, supplement reviews, and a forum where you can talk to other people who are in the program. I think that if you can afford it, you should add this on if you purchase the main product.

So that covers everything you can expect to get once you actually purchase the program. But to be fair, this isn’t a perfect product. There are some things which I think we need to talk about before you purchase the product, so let’s discuss…
The Con’s Of The Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Program:
Most people who review products like this are only concerned about you buying the product and not really telling you the bad things about it. Well, nothing in life is 100% perfect and this product is no different.
Here are the two main drawbacks I found in this program:
- A Whole Lot Of Information: Some people like loads and loads of stuff to read, but some people may be turned off. Venuto really knows a lot about this stuff and you can tell that it just pours out of him when he was writing. The main product comes in at nearly 340 pages. To some people this may be too much. But then again, all of it is really good though. You’ll have to decide for yourself after you check it out.
- Talks More About Exercise Than Anything Else: Besides looking at his photo, its painfully obvious that Venuto is a hardcore body builder. He covers exercise a lot, and really focuses on trying to get you to do the right exercises. This is good because you know you’re going to get the most bang for your fat burning buck when you do exercise, but I would have liked to see more discussion on diets and foods. I think people looking to build muscles are going to benefit the most from this book. I really felt like it wasn’t all the way focused on people just looking to lose a little weight, even though you can and will if you follow the program. But its really clear that his body building perspective and experiences shaped this book.
Final Verdict
At the end of the day, I found this to be a solid program for people looking to lose weight. I feel his price is fair for the amount of value you will get out of the package.
You’re going to need to take the time out to really read through his extensive materials to get the most from the program.
I can safely say that I feel like I now know so much about fitness, nutrition, exercise, and health that I could easily get a certification after going through his program. He really lays the knowledge down pretty thick.
You’re also going to need to take consist actions to see results from the program. You can’t just sit and do nothing and expect that you’ll lose pounds just by having his materials stored on your hard drive.
I’d give this program a solid 8.5 out 10 stars.

User Comments:
“I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% body-fat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass.”

“Burn The Fat Feed the Muscle (BFFM) has changed my life. I have lost 3 dress sizes in 4 months and feel better than ever before. I now have my husband on the program. If we can do it with 4 kids and full time jobs — anyone can.”
- Actual user comment from main site, Lynn Ramirez
“When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again.”
